How much of a deposit do I need to place?

A:

A $200 deposit is required for each service to reserve your date. And, YES, your deposit is applied toward your total. We get this more and more and can not believe this common practice for many.

Q:

When is my balance due and do you have payment plans?

A:

We have no payment plans. We leave this up to you, as everyone's situation is different. You can make payments on our website for any amount at any time. You will receive a receipt for each payment as well as your account being updated within 24 hours. Your balance is not due until the week of your wedding, so you can wait until then if you wish.

Q:

Do we need a DJ for cocktail hour and/or dinner?

A:

Simply let us know what times you want, and we can help guide you, but yes, you keep in mind the DJ is needed for your wedding party intros, toasts/prayer before dinner, dinner music and everything else, of course. 95% of the time, we also provide cocktail music, but if you're trying to save $, you can certainly bypass this. Many will not notice.

Is tipping included and allowed?

A:

Thank you for asking. Gratuities are much appreciated. A customary gratuity is $20 - $100.

How Does Your Process Work?

A:

  1. Once you reserve, you will be sent links to our planners.
  2. After the planners are completed, you will be assigned your wedding professional(s) who will reach out to you. We match you up based on what you provide us on these planners. These are not due until one month prior, but if you submit earlier, we can start the process sooner. We want your assigned Professional to remember YOUR details, so as close to your wedding as you feel comfortable. As an Example: Your DJ meets with you five weeks prior to your wedding, then performs 6 - 7 weddings in between. This long of a time frame will make it challenging for your DJ to remember your specific details, and we want everything perfect and focused on you when we talk.
  3. Your balance is due the Wednesday prior to your wedding/event. You can make payments for any amount at any time by logging into your dedicated account.

What time do you arrive? DJ, Video, Photo, Photo Booth

A:

DJ Services

Our DJs typically arrive 60 - 90 minutes prior to your wedding or event. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to set up, but we prefer to be on time and ready for you and your guests. Some may arrive early, so they can start playing music if you are ready for them.

Video and Photo Services

Our photographers and videographers arrive at your event between 30-90minutes prior to your scheduled start time. It takes about 10 minutes to get acclimated. Depending on the venue location and where things are starting, they may arrive even earlier to be certain to capture all of the memorable shots/scenes before your guests arrive.

Photo Booth Services

Our Booth operators arrive about 60-90 minutes prior to their contracted time.

We offer early arrival/setup for all services for $35/hour.

Q:

Will we have an in-person meeting with our assigned professional before our event date to discuss the details of what we want?

A:

Of course, but a physical meeting is not necessary, as we preplan everything with you ahead of time to ensure a smooth, stress-free event.

If you do want to meet your DJ, photographer or videographer, we ask to set the meeting time as close to the date of your wedding / event as possible; this allows your professional to remember the details of your event and not confuse your specific requests with the many other events during the weeks leading up to your wedding.

Q:

For the photos do we get the rights to the digital photographs so we can share them on social media and other online platforms?

A:

YES. You have FULL rights to all your images unlike most companies. You can get prints made anywhere you wish. You will also receive a link to your entire digital album so you can easily share your entire wedding day with your family and friends.

You can even order prints, canvas, coffee mugs, cell phone cases, or whatever you can imagine directly from our site after the photographs are edited.

You can also share individual images from your wedding to all social media sites with just one click.

Q:

Do the photo packages include any physical prints, or are all of the images digital files?

A:

We have a variety of print options available.

Q:

Do the photography packages include any photo editing?

A:

Yes. They include your choice of black & whites, sepia, etc.

Q:

Can our guests provide songs requests to the DJ well in advance for the music to be played on the event date?

A:

Yes, This is YOUR day. You can create a custom music request list for your DJ and we will honor it like it was our sister's wedding.
