Camp Pollock

Camp Pollock is located in the heart of the Lower American River Parkway, just north of downtown Sacramento. The Sacramento Valley Conservancy has been managing and maintaining the 11-acre riverfront site since 2013. The beautiful property is open to the general public every day from sunrise to sunset, with free parking. Camp Pollock features a 3,000 square foot lodge built in the 1920s with a wraparound porch and magnificent stone fireplace, a covered deck, native plant garden courtyard, river access, a mile of trails, and large field surrounded by mature trees.

It is a no-host venue, but it does provide some tables and chairs, plus optional addons like space heaters, lawn games, and string lights in the courtyard.

Camp Pollock is managed by a local nonprofit, and 100% of rental fees get invested back into maintaining the historic property for public enjoyment. Feel good knowing your special day is also benefiting a community space!
